Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird" to be released as E-book

According to a CNN report by Melodi Smith, Harper Lee is finally ready to give her world-famous novel the digital treatment.

Pulitzer-prize winner "To Kill a Mockingbird" follows a young girl named Scout and her lawyer father's fight to defend an African American man accused of rape in the 1930s.

The book was adapted for the screen as a 1962 film starring Gregory Peck. It also marked the film debut of Robert Duvall.
